The action starts with the No. 1 seed Syracuse Orange battling the No. 5-seed Butler Bulldogs in a West region clash in Salt Lake City (7:10 pm ET, CBS).

The Orange are 7-point favorites and the over/under is 138.5.

Syracuse and Butler have met before, although it was eight years ago. The Orange edged the Bulldogs 66-65 as 2-point favorites in the 2002 NCAA Tournament.

The other West semifinal features the No. 6 Xavier Musketeers against the No. 2 Kansas State Wildcats (9:40 pm ET, CBS).

Kentucky is a 4.5-point favorite and the over/under is at 153.5 at JustBet.

Xavier and Kansas State have met three times previously, with the Musketeers holding a 2-1 SU and ATS edge. They last squared off just three months ago, when the Wildcats won 71-56 as a 6.5-point home favorite.

In the East regional semis, the 11th seed takes on the 2nd seed as the Pac-10 tournament champion Washington Huskies battle the Big East champion West Virginia Mountaineers (7:30 pm ET, CBS). The teams have never met.

West Virginia is a 5-point favorite and the over/under is 142.5.

The other East semi has the No. 12 Cornell Big Red up against the No. 1 Kentucky Wildcats (10 pm ET, CBS).

The Wildcats are 9-point favorites and the total is at 147.

Cornell and Kentucky have met once before – in 1966. Cornell won.
